The Internal Medicine Conference is approved for veterinary continuing education credits by the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University. A veterinarian may earn up to 25 hours of CE credit. In order for veterinarians licensed in Texas to receive CE credits, we will have the following procedures in place. Each registrant will sign an attendance roster at the beginning of the conference. Registrants will receive a preprinted checklist in their packets so that they may conveniently record which sessions they attend. Remember that in order to document attendance at the meeting in the case of an audit by TBVME, attendees must present both the CE certificate and the checklist. In order to be compliant with the regulations of the TBVME, we may not distribute certificates prior to the end of the Symposium or until the registrant is leaving the Symposium. Don’t forget to pick up your CE certificate before you leave because certificates that are mailed to participants are not considered proof of attendance by the TBVME.
